Individual Therapy

In ongoing therapy you will initially focus on increased understanding of your experience and what you'd like to work on. Each session will be tailored to you individually and what your unique needs are. Throughout your therapy we will check in on progress towards your goals and whether or not your needs in therapy are being met. 

Present focused, changed oriented, behavioral modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) are utilized in anxiety treatment.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is a structured, evidence-based, present-focused, and change-oriented therapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. It helps individuals identify and challenge negative or unhelpful thought patterns, which can influence their emotions and actions.
